Public opignion is not very aware of the latest discorevies made by biotechnologies.Nevertheless, thespreading of humanknowledge on the essence of life will have numerous implications on our future : firstly biological ones concerning the true nature of life; then philosophical as for as the origine of life and its meaning are concerned, and also sociological thought our relations to biotechnologies. Considering the importance of these issues, all formes off communication are indispensable and must be used to make public opignion feel responsible for these topies. The reflexion and the choice concerning the developpement and the use of theses new technologies should be the object of an entiere society (inthe largest sense of the term) and not of an "economical elite". the aim of my work in going in that sense. The aim of my pictures is to encourage an individual feeling of responsabiliz as far as the true potentialities and implications of biosciences are concerned. These pictures invite the spectaor to question and inform himself on these new notions. The plastic langage experienced warms the spectator about the need to invest this situation we are all living in. This door open on the imaginary is a very fertile place for a strategy deconstructind and anticipating reality. By playing with our fears and phantasms, this sort of pictures - from "biofiction" - could help us to overpass them. The ambigguity of these beings the picture represent draws a particular critical attention on the notions and the issues of modified life.
